During each concert, our Maestro shares some details about the background and significance of the pieces that we perform ensuring that audiences, whether new or seasoned listeners, more deeply appreciate and enjoy the music.

The York Symphony Orchestra is celebrating its 65th Anniversary Season. Its mission is to promote the appreciation and enjoyment of music by performing programs drawn mainly from the symphonic literature, while inspiring its musicians to continually strive toward artistic excellence.
